A Fresh Start with a Stunning New Space
In moving to a large apartment after 30 years in the same house, I wanted a total change to start this new phase of my life. I hired Iris on a friend's recommendation, and she did not disappoint. She was a joy to work with, she listened to my input, involving me in the process along the way, and did all the legwork in putting it all together. She took me out of my comfort zone just enough and created a beautiful result that I am delighted with. I'm proud to show off my beautiful space to my friends old and new.

We Won the Lottery When We Found Iris
Iris is absolutely wonderful. We live in Alberta and purchased a condo in Bedford, NS. We definitely didn't want to be managing a renovation project, nor acquiring all of the furnishings required for the property from half way across the country. In addition, we don't have the talent to design or pick colors that would look good — that's where Iris came in. We contacted Iris by telephone and discovered her suite of services included not only design, but also project management, which was very important to us. We met Iris about a month later onsite at our property and were quickly filled with confidence and trust in her abilities. Iris found out about our tastes and developed a wholesome design plan that was presented to us. We immediately asked Iris to "make it happen." Iris then took on the project management role and looked after absolutely everything. She organized the various trades, designed cabinetry and window coverings, purchased all of the furnishings, pictures, TV, knick-knacks, etc. When we ultimately moved in, there were sheets on the beds, towels in the bathrooms and soap in the shower along with numerous homey appointments. We couldn't possibly be any happier. Throughout the process, Iris communicated with us frequently, keeping us apprised of how the project was progressing and calming any of our concerns. She was always very prompt to return an email or text or to get on the phone. When we tell our family and friends about our experience, we just say — "we won the lottery when we found Iris."
