This project was designed for “real life” living. The space, designed to be multi-functional with toys and books stored close at hand, allows quick clean-up to reveal a mature sophisticated space for entertaining.

The fireplace redesign and new lighting plan were integral to the end look and feel of this room. The fireplace tile, shipped in from Italy, was worth the wait ,as it reflected the clients sophistication and appreciation for beauty. Two full size sofas provides lots of seating for family and friends.
